I placed a radioactive towards a Series 900 mini-monitor (GM tube), starting from about 50cm away. Saturation is reached 5cm away. I repeated moved the rock towards and away from the detector over a period of 2 minutes. I used a Zealsound microphone and recorded directly into my laptop using audacity. The sound is as recorded.
