Ha...thanks DigitalSmokeStudios for the kind comment. It's not a perfect science recording stuff in the field. I created this sound and used it layered with other sounds to create a crackling yule log for a Christmas fireplace I made on Amazon called "Jake the Dog Relaxes By the Yule Log" and "Warm and Cozy Virtual Fireplace".

There's some moments where you're knocking the mic - maybe be more mindful of that for future recordings.
