It sounds both like some old "Worms" main menu OST and "Poptop" monsters from "Starbound" "Frackin' Universe" mod in the first half, where laser harp is on 7th octave.

BPM is 123 (launched in FL Metal preset, no instruments used from it, filters untouched)

5. Laser Harp (melody in first half, chords)

6. Panning: HHCM #7 - Left 21%. Laser Harp - Right 20%.

Kick - 90%, Snare - 78%, Hi-hat - 85%, Synth bass - 50%, Laser Harp - 70%.

The general architecture/plan is:
