Simo Häyhä was a humble, patriotic man. He didn't want to kill but had no choice. Finland was rigged to take part in WWII and Stalin wanted to invade our fatherland. Simo and other heroes saved us from that, of which I'm eternally grateful to them, as well as to the women "Lotta's" who also served in home front.

Quote in English: "I did what I was ordered to do, as well as I could."
