The Sound of Rheinsberg during the summer of 2017: This sound snippet was recorded on August 10th 2017, midday, using a Zoom Recorder H2, in 4-Channel mode. It reproduces the typical sound that occurs in this area almost daily, with an extreme peak shortly into the sound file. The sound is a Eurofighter, blasting past a little village in the outskirts of the northern Brandenburg town of Rheinsberg, just 1.5h drive away from Berlin. The sound reproduces a Eurfighter jet in about 1000m altitude in pretty much close proximity to the jets flight path. These flyovers can occur daily, caused by the activation of routine military air training above large parts of north east Germany in autumn 2013 -> see https://edr401mvpa.wordpress.com .
