big boy.
Ingredients:
- custom Massive synth patches; resampled
- Twisted Tools S-Layer for those grain/squelchy sounds
- misc foley for the mechanical bits
- lots of hand automation
(Sorry about the pew pew laser at the end, that was an error. I don't think freesound lets you change the sound file.)

This is gorgeous. Thanks so much! If only people knew how much work this sort of stuff required.

This is some amazing work. Yes, the shot is a bit underwhelming in the oomph department as compared to what the charge sound makes it seem like it would be, and the pulse laser at the end is more retro than "Mass Effect", but they both still certainly have their uses regardless.
And that charge sound man, that is superb work! Triple A video game quality!
And I'm not bullshitting you either, I really think it's that good, and the little machiner clunks add allot to it too in my opinion.
Thank you very much for uploading, we need more SiFi weapons around here as our current small selection is getting kinda stale, even if their are some great works in their, and we have even less high quality modern sounding stuff, it's more 8bit and retro, which has it's place too of course, especially in this nostalgia fueled indi gaming revival we're having right now, but it would still be awesome to see more of!
Thank you for uploading, and I eagerly await seeing more from you in the future if possible...
