Trippy extended TV soundscape built from Spectrasonics Omnisphere Sonic Expansion “Twisted Trees” — natural tree recordings layered into a slow build that later adds simple drums and a bassline as a pointer to full song direction.
It opens with a Jungle Gym kick-like root drum, then a second channel of higher-EQ hallucinogenic wood percussion shaped with CLA-3A, tight transient control, and short, nervous echoes for tension.
An organic analogue pad and the Beachwood flute from Twisted Trees swell in with slow attack and long release, while Ablation’s built-in Diffused Cascades thickens the image, widens mid–side space, and gels the layers.
When the groove arrives, the drums and acid-leaning bassline sit inside the forested texture rather than on top, maintaining movement and atmosphere while signalling the arrangement path.
