People from the market having their breakfast, mostly middle aged and old man. Talking in Portuguese. The girl behind the counter is taking orders. A man coughing. Sounds of the coffee cup in front of the microphone (taking it up and down, shaking the little sugar bag, putting the sugar, stirring up). Rattling of dishes behind the counter. Coins thrumming on the counter. After 4:17 noise of the coffee machine, first foaming up the milk, after that more quiet the milling of the coffee beans. Some rattling of closing cupboards and fridges (e.g. 7:13).Recorded with Roland Edirol R-09 digital recorder and built-in stereo microphone.
