Derniers souffles is an artistic and technical research project. The aim is to reveal the background noise of old electronic components like germanium diodes or transistors.
Some transistors and diodes where found in electronic trash like old radios, on the ground at the flee market, from military electronic stocks or internet vintage shops.
The components recorder at Sound Art Lab were found in the basement lab of the former B&O factory, which is now a radioamateur club in Struer, Danemark.
With the support of CNC(DICREAM), la Station-Gare des Mines (Paris 18), Mains d'Oeuvres (Saint-Ouen, 93) and Sound Art Lab (DK).
