The sort of thing that's fun to play with in Sci-Fi pneumatic/hydraulic door lock sounds.
Eventually, when I have some time with a nice quiet room, like when nobody is doing laundry, I'll take my much improved rig with a boom and shock mount, and record some 1911 handling/mechanism sounds. that'll probably be my next set of uploads. Or at least my next pack.
