This the the second of two recordings I made during a snow/freezing rain/wind storm the last few days. It is 29 degrees F with wind gusts to 40 mph. This is a raw, unedited recording, which includes me making a few notes to myself. I start in my kitchen, you can hear the wind blowing the stove vent flapper. Then I go into the garage and notice that the gas furnace is on, so I record that for a minute. Then I head out into the windstorm, trying to find a protected spot that does not overpower the mics.
