I needed something to suggest the sound of a large troop-transport aircraft opening its cargo bay doors, prior to the troops jumping out of a perfectly good aircraft.
This hatch recording is loud, slow, clanky, and ponderous...in short, exactly what I needed for the sound effect. Thanks for recording it!
