Remake (not extremely faithful) of the "mission complete" sound from Dead Space, as requested by imlongcat.
Done by layering "Goblins" from FluidR3_GM.sf2 (via QSynth) and "Voice OOH", "Soft Pad", "Ice Rhodes1" and "Soft Synth 1" from ZynAddSubFX.
