I used multiple!
The apps I use to edit are Lexis audio editor, Wav editor, and
Milky tracker. All of these are free android apps.
The effects I used were the equalizer, reverse, echo in Lexis.
There was a bit of trimming and editing as well. In Wav editor I
used the normalizer, and pitch shifter.
Milky tracker is a daw, and lets you import wav files that you can
use as instruments. I imported the edited sound, at played it at different pitches, and with separate panning. I then imported it back into lexis so I could convert it to a flac file.
This is just kind of an outline, but if you want me to go more in-depth I can.
