The Internationale is a late 19th century anthem. The melody was written by Pierre de Geyter in 1888, and words written by Eugene Pottier around the same time. This song was used by various political groups, including the former USSR, but nowadays it it more considered to be an anthem for all people regardless of national politics. In particular it is considered an anthem of those facing political oppression, and is strongly associated with socialist and leftist movements.
Given that it is associated with freedom and sharing, it seemed fitting to make the recording free here. (but attribution is appreciated)
It is usually performed with a march-tempo. But I wanted to see how it would sound with a slower tempo.
