I haven(t used it yet, but downloaded certainly: it was love at first listening. This has better dynamics than the usual (acoustic) bass drum, so it will sit better in an electro-acoustic mix with some compression (tweek it as you like). Fantastic!

Thanks for the comments! It was originally made for a video installation project - that was shown at flEXiff in Sydney, Australia. The idea was about illusion and reality - so there were actual balloons taped to the wall and a video projection on top, balloons would pop on the video and using a laser some of the real balloons would pop too...Turned out that the laser I wanted to use was illegal in Australia so the project was incomplete!!!

That's really dramatic. Like a big sudden end to a very tense situation. Nicely captured.
