The sound of my printer's paper tray being pulled out and reinserted. It has a nice mechanical feel to it -- might work well as foley for a reloading weapon, for example.

Microphone: Tascam DR-07mkII
Windscreen: None
Post-processing: Noise reduction

Unless otherwise noted, all sounds were recorded on a Tascam DR-07 Mk.II portable microphone. I sometimes use a windscreen. Recordings are edited in Audition to remove background noise.

It actually does sound similar to when some heavy weapons are being loaded, such as the Browning M2 50 Cal.
An inventive idea, I'll have to keep it in mind!
