Needed some outdoor ambience for video filmed recently - this isn't particularly recorded for bird sound, meant as generic background.
West Belconnen Pond is right on the edge of Canberra, with no highways around the outside of it, and I went out at 11am on a Tuesday to record on the side of the water away from the suburb.
Walked along the water side and set the bag down to record for a few minutes at several points.
Breeze came up during recording, there's occasional insects - crickets - pinging off the recording bag, trees creaking a bit nearby.
Recorded on a Rode NT4 stereo microphone into a Tascam FR-AV2.
Fifth of five recordings.
