Nov 9th, 1989: Gunther Schabowski, the GDR's minister of something has just announced the wall to be ... uhm ... open. The quote is ubiqitous, it's just context. What happens then, is not: You are live in a Stasi Office when they learn the news. The first guy says "Schnauze voll", (shnow tse foll), which means he's had it up tp here and the other guys says, "Schnauze halten, weitergehen" (suck it up and keep marching).
I can't imagine these old Stasi Idiots to claim any rights on it and if if, it'be a story, so have fun with it.
And please don't credit me.
