Surround recording of the ambience in my garden on a late winter day. There is some wind and some garden bird sounds. Cars driving past (behind the mic setup so clearer on the Ls Rs pair) and some noise from the industrial aircon from an office park down the road and also a distant dog.
Recorded using double MS (MMS) using two Sennheiser MKH40 mics and a MKH30 as shared Side into two Zoom H4n recorders. Decoded as standard 5.1 (L R C LFE Ls Rs), but you can also use either stereo pair as a stereo ambience.
