This recording started out as a human voice, but has had many effects
applied to it, including a "tremolo" (What Audacity calls it, more like
a dip in volume 4 times a sec), reverse, and possibly phaser. It sounds
like a chopped up glissando, sliding first down, then back up (pitch wise).
