Very sorry, but this is cannot be CC0 as it uses non-CC0 licensed source material. Sorry, because it is a great sound (and funny!), but I wanted to use but but am only able to use CC0 material...

You took a bunch of attribution share alike content and then mixed it together and then labeled it as creative commons 0 (which is not true). Good sound but it's not public domain.
