Denali National Park and Preserve - An eddying whorl and popping bubbles on the Savage River

The microphones were about 30 centimeters from a small eddy under a cutbank of the Savage River(Denali National Park wilderness). Bubbles were rising up from the eddy and audibly popping.

The main stream of the river is also heard moving over a shallow gravel bar in the distance (~5 meters).

Clip begins at 11:58:21 Alaska Standard Time on 07/27/2011. Recorded with the built-in mics of a Roland R05.
