Slaps, Clangs And Chops

I placed two Audio-Technica AT875R microphones (both connected to a Zoom H4n multitrack recorder) 15 inches above my kitchen counter. I then positioned a typical glass plate on top of a towel, pressed record and impacted said eating surface with a metal fork. Afterwards I imported the raw audio file into Audacity where I applied compression and trimmed the ends. Now I am sharing the final piece with the world.

I am a software engineer specializing in low-code development, with a strong focus on building secure, scalable applications using Quickbase and cloud-integrated automation platforms.
