Paper Fluttering.wav

Added to the alpha build of my video game. Used a pitch-shifted modification of the transients around the #0:15.5 second mark in conjunction with another sound effect for one of the 4 SFX that plays when a stack of papers is thrown. The playtest is free as of writing if you care to see. Appreciate you recording this and adding it to the public domain!
