Orchestra hit (D# minor, transposed down 6 semitones from the original A minor), chopped from the beginning of a public domain recording of "Infernal Dance" from Igor Stravinsky's Firebird Suite, performed by the United States Marine Band. No additional processing has been made to the audio, aside from transposing down 6 semitones, normalization (post-chop) and a short fade out.
This hit samples the same composition (from a different performance) as the (in)famous ORCH5 orchestra hit sample included with the Fairlight CMI synthesizer and many subsequent sample libraries and dance songs. However, this sample is unencumbered by copyright and should therefore be safe to share and remix in your own works.
The original audio was sourced from its MediaWiki page at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Infernal_Dance_from_The_Firebird_by_Stravinsky.ogg
