This is a recording of surf on Lake Michigan. It was recorded with two AT AE5100 mics located within two meters of the surf. It has a very good stereo field, I think. The wind wasn't too high, and the surf was just right for my tastes.

There's a lot of people using this on YouTube and not giving you attribution.. You should upload it to youtube and take ownership of the audio..

Cool, thanks for the detail, I love seeing how others capture the sounds they upload. Use the same setup with both cardioids and omnis...works well for most nature stuff. Great recording anyhow. Could you upload a 44100Hz, 16 bit 3 minute sample from that?
