This is a beat I made using a custom bassdrum synth and then taking one of my snares and super saturating it but avoiding clipping. The idea was a brick of 200hz at 0db that start from sine and goes all the way to square in an attempt to kind of "cheat" dynamics. This sounds very dull alone but very punchy with some bass and synths going on. Give it a try!
