To start a room humidifier, one first clunks the water-filled tank down on the base and its empty reservoir. As the tank drains water to the reservoir, one can hear the bubbling. When the reservoir is full, one flips on the machine. The remainder of the recording is the machine running and moist air hissing into the room.
