The sound of a roll of packaging paper wound on a tube opening. I felt electrons moving around when I opened it, so it felt (and sounded) like a little static, too. At the end, sounds like clothes on a clothesline.
Recorded using the sampler in Redrum in Propellerhead Reason 5. Equalizing used to get rid of noise and harsh frequencies and maximizer used to make sound audible. Recorded on 3 Jan 2012.
