My voice, pitch shifted and bent and mangled until the result was "pleasing" :) This one sounds more like the humanoid alien baby from Alien 4. Recorded with Zoom H4.

WTF - great sound. I did something like this a while back and found that if I slowed it right down it became even scarier and I think your sound would be even better for this as it is already very scary.
