Touch tones of a British (UK) land-line telephone. The time into the recording corresponds to the digit being pressed - e.g. '5' occurs at about 5 seconds in. The zero is at ten seconds. Response to a forum request http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/forum/viewtopic.php?p=7204. Recorded 8 Dec 2006. Direct connection into an iRiver WAV recorder.

Very nice indeed, I hope to use it as the sound of spatial coordinates being transmitted by kidnappers to the King of Silpharia’s ship in tone code, Scene 5 in Episode 23 of Ad Astral – SuperGalactic Radio: due out in April 2014. Credits will be in the shownotes.
