Thanks for posting this! I created a program (if interested, you can download here later today - I'm uploading it over then next couple of hours): github.com/bbqbailey/westminsterChimes/

I split out the sounds, using audacity, into 1/4, 1/2,3/4 and hour .mp3 chimes. Also created 1-Oclock, 2-Oclock - 12 O-clock bell chimes.
