About the attribution you can find best practises at Creative Commons website: https://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/Best_practices_for_attribution

Please attribute us when it is possible. Of course you can't attribute us in radio ad itself (or you can but it would sound silly) but if you are for example sendind your ad to ad competion or uploadind it to Soundcloud then you can make the attribution within the credits.
