I layered three different snare drum takes to achieve this one. All three of those takes are from a Ludwig Black Beauty. I did a close, stereo overhead, and stereo room mic configuration. Originally recorded/used for an 80s cover song I've been working on. Sounded nice in the mix so I thought I'd throw it on here.
