I'd like to consider using the middle section, of Mystic Train, up tempo and lower pitch by 600% for a commercial video intro. Would you please let me know if this is acceptable and what terms you'd consider? Thanks

The middle part of the soundtrack led me to the X-file series, where the detective was walking into a mysterious place and trying to find a clue to her case.
