The creaking and low rumbling of a ship or wooden space. Sounds of pulling/tension as wooden object moves. Sounds were created using a balloon filled with popcorn kernels, and wet hands pulling the sides of the balloon close the microphone.
Recorded with Tascam DR-60DMKII 4-track field recorder and Octava MK 012 Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone. Processing: Sounds have been spaced and are faded in/out.
Recorded in a small echoing room/space. This sound will be marked and graded as part of a first-year sound design student project for the university "Open Window Insititute" (OWI).

Wow, using a balloon and popcorn! That's really creative. I'll be using the sound for my first stop motion short. Great stuff and thank you :)
