This is Tibetan Buddhism chanting in the Idgachoinzenling Datsan of Gandan Monastery. I think they are learning the chant. There were women of all ages there. I included the full recording on the album 60 minute cities Ulaanbatar http://www.bivouacrecording.com/shop/60-minute-cities-ulaanbaatar.
