Sound of mine own beating heart. I estimate this to be around 80 - 84 bpm? Doesn't sound awful in any case.
Recorded while physically pressing my Xperia Z5 Compact's microphone into my chest and breathing as carefully as possible. Recording app is Sound Recorder from 'quality apps (recorder, weather, music). Editing softwares on PC are Audacity (Trimming, Amplify and Noise Reduction) and FL Studio 21 (Edison 'denoise', Fruity parametric EQ and Fruity Balance).
I tried to get this as clear as possible, though some noise may remain.
I may consider getting a stethoscope in the future so I could record my body much easier.
