Low Frequency Ramp Noise

This kind of noise generates linearly interpolated random values at a certain frequency. In this example the frequency increases. The algorithm for this noise was created two years ago by myself in C++, as an imitation of noise generators in SuperCollider 2. The Frequency sweep algorithm didn't actually succeed that well.
