I selected male voices from ... https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:BBC_voice_samples_of_males
Then made an average EQ of them. This noise corresponds with that EQ.
With this noise reference, if you have EQ-matching software, you can make any male voice sound like the BBC EQ'd it.
[ May also have use as emulation of "white noise machine" or "speech jammer" ].
