No you haven't gone deaf, the first half is inaudible ultrasonic , it has been demodulated by 18kHz sine in the second [audible] half, ( click on the bar-graph icon to a see it in spectrogram mode ).
The first half is incorrectly called a subliminal message, but it's not true : it's inaudible.

If you've got the volume turned-up so loud it's distorted, you may get demodulation (and deafness).
