An hour long recording of a binaural beat I created with Gnaural, an open source program for creating binaural beats. This file is a pure tone format, so there's no extra white noise with the binaural beat, intended to be played in the background either by itself or with other soundscapes or music. No matter how you use it, I hope you find it suitable for your needs!
Targets the Delta brainwave frequency range with a 2Hz "beat" utilizing a carrier frequency set at 100Hz.
