Part of sampling history, the Fairlight 8-bit ARR1 breathy vocal sample by Tom Stewart has been used in Tears For Fears “Shout”, Art Of Noise “Moments In Love”, “Close To The Edit” and countless other songs and music from Hip Hop and Trap to film scores. Here ARR1 has been sonically cleaned and relooped by Tom McLaughlin and rendered as a multisample in minor 3rds 44.1kHz 24-bit using Reason Europa synth November 2020. The ARR1_choir3 multisample spans C-1 to C8, 63MB. Samples are all looped (Redmatica KeyMap-Pro) with note/key data imbedded in each file. Just load the samples into a sampler and hit the “auto-map” button, otherwise map to note names in the file names.
