This sounds like it's the 2637 Screen...
It's a 2-bladed propeller seaplane at 2250 RPM!
Estimated Start Pitch: D2 (75.000 Hz)
The final sample rate was 64050 Hz! I created the flying plane sound loop in Audacity, with white and pink noise added! The loop here runs exactly 4 seconds!
Added a 3675 Hz tone and more... click the sound sources link...
Normalized to 95% of maximum volume!
This ain't copyright! (t: 157.60-161.60)
And I created this sound myself! Therefore, attribution is not required to use the 4-second sound loop!
Want a longer version? Apply the effect "Repeat..." and enter a number between 1 and 33528, or apply the effect "Echo..." with a delay time of exactly 4 seconds and a decay factor of 1 after adding enough silence to the end of this file!
The 4500-second version is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hJrOXH6zLI
Every time the sound loops, the light patterns change, as shown right here!
The sound ID is 607776 - watch out for attribution licenses! You can still use this sound!

84 more milliseconds than this (I attempted to get the original sound of the plane from Go Vacation, but that's the closest I could get)

My new 2637 Screen sound. 75.000 Hz

75 Hz?! That's the blade passage frequency of this propeller plane?! That's the Estimated Start Pitch!
Thanks to the frequency analysis, I got 75.2 Hz, close enough to 75 Hz for the upload!
