Trojan gym weights were handled at different weights. Recorded in mono using a ZOOM H6 handheld recorder with a high-quality microphone setup. Post-production included the removal of microphone handling noises and the application of compression to prevent clipping (Reacomp). This recording is ideal for enhancing scenes involving gym workouts or any scenario requiring authentic weightlifting sounds. Recorded in a quiet room in a house in Boschfontein.
