A semi-automatic rifle, version 2, pitched up by 3 semitones
Made in bitwig, i used 10 different recorded gunshot layers that have been eq'ed and multiband compressed to form a new gun sound. Subbass was synthesized for the super low end.
The process i use is to select frequencies using high pass and lowpass filters from a recording for the lows, mids and highs. This forms a "layered sound"
Enjoy.

Still loads better than 90 percent of what we have here, but this is my least favorite one so far honestly.
The lower sounding clink in the initial blast does make it sound more serious and bad ass, but the tail seems to get drowned out by it more than the others.
The part that made me give it 4 instead of 5 stars though (gasp! I know! :-)) was the weird, almost stretched sounding right hand side reflection.
Now maybe I just don't get what you were going for, it does kind of sound like what you'd imagine a big mass of boulders or something would cause, but it just seems, off.
I'd likely still use it though...
Again, thanks for sharing, this high quality material is really appreciated!
