Weird experimental sound with little or no purpose.
The opening sounds like the digestive system of a dinosaur, then it becomes more like an expedition down a sewer - a kind of drainscape.
Made by a combination of boredom, misplaced curiosity and granular synthesis. Let me know if you find a use for it...

Little or no purpose often produces the best results, which is definitely the case here.
