The M134 Minigun Sound is a sound of 7.62×51mm NATO six-barrel rotary machine gun from the Aircraft Weapons SFX Library.
Aircraft Weapons SFX Library includes such weapons as M134 Minigun, M61 Vulcan, Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-23 autocannon, General Electric GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling-style autocannon, Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-30-1, M39 cannon and Shipunov 2A42. American and Soviet Union used it as an aircraft, naval and ground vehicle’s weapons. These guns were mounted on such american aircraft as F-4 Phantom II, Northrop F-5 Fighters, McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle, General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon, F/A-18 Hornet and others. Others were mounted on such Soviet aircraft as Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21, MiG-23, MiG-29, Sukhoi Su-27, Su-30, Su-33, Su-34, Su-35 and Su-37 and many others. The M134 Minigun and Shipunov 2A42 are the main armament of combat helicopters, such as Bell OH-58 Kiowa, AH-1 Cobra, UH-1 Twin Huey, Mil Mi-28, Kamov Ka-50 and Ka-52.
