Tearing and eating flesh was created by tearing and squishing fruits with my hands.
Sound was recorded using Zoom H6 recorder, the microphone that was used was the interchangeable input capsule X/Y microphone, that comes with the recorder. Reaper was used to remove some noise reduction was done using ReaFir.
